Exverus & Theralogix campaign builds access to women's health info

The nutritional supplements brand celebrates 10 years with a new search and social campaign by agency of record Exverus Media.

Nutritional supplements brand Theralogix, now with its agency of record Exverus Media, celebrates ten years of filling the gaps in women’s health information via digital media channels. Their new paid search and social media campaign highlights a decade of Ovasitol, its wildly popular women’s hormonal supplement.

It’s a story every woman is familiar with: A young woman suffering from pelvic pain is among the 42% of consumers with little confidence their healthcare system will provide affordable care. So she conducts an internet search, reading various health websites about conditions she may have. Symptoms worsen, so she takes the information to her doctor and is referred to a specialist. A severe clinician shortage delays the appointment for months.

In the meantime, she peruses social media to connect with others facing similar symptoms and shares personal experiences. Now she doesn’t feel so alone. At her specialist visit, she takes diagnostic tests, and the treatment conversation begins with cost and convenience top of mind.

Why it matters: Women’s health has historically been underresearched and often dismissed by the medical community, so advocacy groups, online forums, and influencers have filled the gap to bring women the information they need. In fact, it was a PCOS advocacy group that launched Ovasitol by word-of-mouth!

"At Theralogix, we saw there was a dire and unmet need to help women and create a supplement that provided research-backed solutions for women's hormonal concerns and their reproductive health," says Dr. Mark Ratner, Chief Science Officer and Founder of Theralogix.

The media planning team at Exverus is supporting Theralogix’s efforts to build access to information through paid search and social campaigns, to be followed by display ads on women’s health publications later in the year.
